As a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, Registered Massage Therapist, and ISSA-Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, I offer a multidisciplinary approach to care that focuses on long-term, sustainable wellness. Manual Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal by aligning structure and restoring optimal function.

In my practice, Manual Osteopathy blends techniques such as osteoarticular adjustments, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation to address the root cause of discomfort—not just the symptoms. By assessing how the musculoskeletal, nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems interact, I help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain balance across the whole body.

This treatment is ideal for chronic pain, postural imbalances, injuries, stress-related tension, digestive issues, and more. Whether you're an athlete, someone recovering from injury, or simply seeking better physical alignment, Manual Osteopathy offers a tailored, non-invasive path to wellness—rooted in functional movement and a deep understanding of the body’s interconnected systems.

Movement and wellness have always been central to my life. With over six years of experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitative care, I have had the privilege of helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. My journey led me to expand my expertise as a Manual Stretch Therapist, ISSA-certified Personal Fitness Trainer, 200-hour Yoga Instructor, Certified Nutritionist, and Somatics Specialist. I became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) through the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2022 and deepened my understanding of the body by completing my Manual Osteopathy training at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2025.

My approach to treatment is shaped by a deep appreciation for movement and function. I take the time to fully understand each client’s needs, integrating a blend of manual therapy and movement-based strategies to promote recovery, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Whether working with athletes, active individuals, or those recovering from injuries, I strive to help people reconnect with their bodies and return to the activities they love.

Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about strength sports and regularly compete in strongwoman weightlifting competitions. I also enjoy the outdoors—camping, gardening, and practicing yoga bring me balance. When I’m not working or training, I love unwinding with strategic video games and spending time with my green-cheek conure parrot Naaru and my playful corgi puppy Captin Riker.
